Lawrence,
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you for the wonderful time we had while staying at your resort.
We travel quite often and usually stay in 5* resort, however, we found this resort to be the cleanest, friendliest place we have ever stayed at.
Compliments to the culinary staff – lunches and especially dinners definitely exceeded our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at your lovely hotel with it's brilliant location. The room allocated for us was just right especially for my dietary needs. Your staff were very helpful and informative and any requests were dealt with most efficiently. The people of Grenada were very friendly and always smiling. We shall certainly recommend family and friends to visit your lovely island and support the recovery from the hurricanes.

Just a note to thank you for our recent stay at the Flamboyant. We had a fantastic time and the accommodation and staff were wonderful. Our thanks to Lennon and Dwight for looking after us at lunch and dinner.
We had some very interesting trips around your beautiful island and met some wonderful people. We are really impressed by the bus service into St. George's.

Dear Lawrence:
I would like to offer a personal note of thanks to you and your staff, in particular Loren Thornhill who was the maid for our room during our recent stay in February.
Mary and I had a wonderful week which was filled with the joys of the island, including your hotel, the beaches and most of all the warm smiles and sense of humour of the people of Grenada. However, the trip would have been a disaster but for the honesty of Loren.
We were at the airport checking in at departures when Mary realized that she had left her most prized possession, her engagement ring in our room. I told her not to panic, as we could trust Loren and your staff. As you know, I have visited Grenada on many occasions in the past in connection with the construction of a hotel on Grand Anse beach and came to know and trust the Grenadian people. We returned to the hotel to hear that the ring was already on its way to the airport and it was returned to us as soon as we arrived.
We are planning to return to Grenada in order to express our thanks to all of you and I know that in the interim, you will convey this message to your staff and in particular, Loren.

Dear Flamboyant Hotel,
We were married a year ago last Valentine’s Day. For a honeymoon, we decided to rent our home in Santa Barbara, California and travel the world for a year.
Our first stop was Grenada. On September 1, 2002 we arrived with only carry-on’s. We stopped at The Flamboyant Hotel and have never left. How could we? From the beginning, Mr. Lambert and every member of the staff made us feel so special, like a member of the family. They have continued to spoil us for the past 10 months.
We also stayed because we talked to so many people who had traveled the Caribbean and the world and had chosen Grenada as the place to live or holiday.
They all said the same thing – “No place is as unspoiled, with unsurpassed, natural resources. And the greatest of these natural resources is its wonderful people, so kind, honest, respectful, friendly and full of the joy of life.” It is so true!! Why would we go anywhere else? GRENADA HAS IT ALL!!!!
We mentioned to Mr. Lambert that perhaps the attitude of the staff reflects the attitude of the management. If this is true, then you must be very proud of what you have accomplished. You have a great country full of great and good people. (One of our fun things to do is to go driving in the country on Sunday and give people rides.)
This has been a very special 10 months for us as we lay the foundation for our marriage. It has been an honor and privilege to do it here, with the people of Grenada. Now we must go home.
To each of you who has been so kind to us and welcomed us into your lives, all our love and best wishes. Thank you Grenada!!!!

Dear Sir:
We have just returned to England from a delightful stay in your hotel – Rm#259. We would like to commend Shermin Ettienne as an excellent help to keep our flat in order. She was always helpful and cheerful and efficient.
Our final thanks was to the very nice and honest taxi driver of the white minibus who took us to the airport and in whose taxi I stupidly left my handbay. You can imagine the anxiety this caused us at the airport! A very helpful lady in the ticket department, dressed in blue uniform was extremely helpful and immediately phoned your hotel and within half an hour the taxi returned to the airport to give me back my handbay, complete and unopened. Would you please convey my heartfelt thanks to the driver – what a splendid person! Also to the lady in blue uniform!
We will, of course, recommend your hotel to friends … of which we have many!

Hello all – Just a note to say we arrived home safely, thanks to you. 12 years ago we come to Grenada for the first time and fell in love with your beautiful island and your wonderful people.
We have always felt like welcome guests in your home every time we have been there and this year was no exception. This year you made it even more special when we left important things – plane tickets, passports, and cash behind at the hotel. While we were frantically looking for these things at the airport we heard Lance call out to stop looking because they had them, and we saw him and Noni and the others striding across the floor, we were filled with gratitude.
Special thanks to them and to Annette for finding the things and turning them in. Once again, you have shown why Grenada and The Flamboyant Hotel are so important to us.
