Function Guarantees:

We ask that you give us a final attendance number guarantee 24 hours prior to your function, so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated when the original arrangements were made, to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests, the guaranteed figure represents the minimum number of persons for billing.


Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit will be required 2 weeks prior to the date of the function, with the final payment to be settled on the day of the function.

Coffee Breaks (3 snacks & savoury/sweet/fruit/ & coffee, tea or juice): US$7.50 per person
Coffee Breaks (Beverage only): US$4.00 per person
Lunch (salad/main course/dessert/juice): US$20.00 per person

Oleander Room

Oleander Room

Conveniently located at the back of our Beachside Terrace Restaurant. This elegant air-conditioned room is ideal for boardroom style and other smaller, more intimate meetings.

Brands Room

Brands Room

Air-conditioned conference facility located poolside.

For Banquets & Cocktail Parties only, the room charge may be waived.

For groups residing at The Flamboyant Hotel & Villas, conference room will be discounted depending on number of rooms booked.
